Short Storyline 

The book is about three friends -Ishan,govind and omi-who try to lift their fortune selling sports equipment and along with coaching.The forth protagonist is a poor,young muslim boy, Ali hashmi, who has a god -given talent as a cricket batsmen.the novel is narrated by Govind in which he has classified his 3 mistakes of his life.  ofcourse the mistakes i am not going to tell you because thats the whole point of the book.

What is the book essentially about?

The book is essentially a treasure trove of memories and has the ability to perfectly capture the essence of the place and time that it talks about. Bhagat takes us back in the yesteryear's along with narrating us precious memories that belong in the said time.

Who can read it?

He is one of the writers who have inspired the young Indians to read novels and remains to be a popular writer among the youth.
He is undoubtedly termed 'The Youth Icon' with his wide range of influence among the young generations, not only through his novels but by his columns and inspiring speeches.
In my opinion everyone can read it whether student, businessman,middle-class and poor class.
